Warranty Information
Warranty Coverage
Walli Cases warrants Walli Power Boost lithium battery wireless charger against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided to the original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Walli Cases will, at its discretion, replace the product with a new unit of equal or greater value.
What Is Covered
- Failure due to defects in materials or manufacturing
- Malfunction due to battery defects within the 6-month warranty period
- Charging issues not caused by misuse or external damage
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, cosmetic blemishes)
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or disassembly
- Use with non-certified cables or power sources
- Product purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact our support team at support@wallicases.com with the following:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the product
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walli Cases shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product.
Safety Precautions
- Mild Heat Is Normal. It's expected for the power bank to become slightly warm while in use. However, if it becomes excessively hot, discontinue use immediately and inspect for any signs of damage.
- Use Approved Charging Equipment. To ensure safe and efficient charging, always use certified cables and accessories designed for this type of device.
- Protect from Moisture and Extreme Conditions. Do not expose the power bank to rain, snow, or environments exceeding 60°C (140°F). Excessive heat or moisture can lead to malfunctions such as short-circuiting or swelling.
- Keep Away from Open Flames and Heat Sources. Never place the power bank near fire, stoves, radiators, or heating vents. Exposure to high heat may cause a fire or explosion.
- Discontinue Use if Damaged or Swollen. If the power bank appears swollen, leaking, or physically damaged, stop using it immediately and dispose of it at a proper recycling center.
- Do Not Dismantle or Modify. Opening or tampering with the power bank may expose you to electric shock or damage internal components. Repairs should only be handled by professionals.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals. Refrain from using solvents, cleaners, or other chemicals on the device. These may damage the surface or internal parts.
- Prevent Foreign Object Insertion. Never insert fingers, metal objects, or tools into any ports. Doing so may cause injury or damage the power bank.
- Recycle Responsibly. When it's time to dispose of the device, take it to a certified e-waste or battery recycling facility. Do not throw it in regular household trash.
- Keep Away from Children Store the power bank out of children’s reach to prevent accidents or injury.
Charging Instructions
Charging Your Device with Walli Power Boost Wireless Charger
Magnetic
Align the power bank with the magnetic area on the back of your phone.
Once properly attached, the wireless charging indicator light will turn green, confirming that charging has started.
Wired Charging
Use a Type-C cable to connect the power bank’s Type-C port to your phone.
Charging will begin automatically once connected.
Charging the Walli Power Boost
Note: The Type-C port supports both charging the power bank (input) and charging other devices (output).
Plug the charging adapter into a wall outlet.
Connect the adapter to the Type-C port on the Power Boost. A green light will appear to indicate the battery is charging.
Battery Level & Power Controls
Check Battery Level:
Press the power button once.
4 white indicator lights will show: each light indicates 25% charge.
If the battery is low or charging, the white lights will blink.
Power Off the Device:
Press the power button twice to turn off the Power Boost.
Charge Periodically
To maintain battery health, ensure the power bank is charged at least once every three months—even if not in use.
Compatibility
This power bank works seamlessly with a wide range of smartphones, including most Apple iPhone and Samsung models. It supports all devices that feature Qi wireless charging, such as:
- Apple: iPhone 8 and later (including iPhone SE 2nd/3rd Gen, iPhone 11/12/13/14/15/16 series)
