I love my case so far, but the screen protector did not work well at all. I cleaned my phone made sure there was no dust and it still bubbled up and wouldn’t settle. I tried repositioning and after that it just wouldn’t stick at all. Very disappointed and had to reorder from Amazon. I love my case though!

This screen protector does not attach well, giant bubbles which renders the functions on your phone inoperable. I tried to return it but I had tossed the box.

Just got a new phone for Christmas, put on my screen protector first thing. Two days later I left my phone on my trunk and closed the trunk right onto my phone….the screen look horrible. I slowly pulled off the screen protector and my phone wasn’t scratched at ALL!!! I swear by this screen protector and don’t trust anything else! Immediately buying 3 more to have on hand at all times!

The screen protector is just okay. The directions didn't match the product and the top right corner keeps lifting off of my screen. For the price, I think it should be better. I do like that it was easy to line up and lay down but disappointing in the bubbles and lifting

I love the case that I bought, but I do not recommend the screen protector. Mine has an air bubble at the edge that will not go away. I’ve had my screen protector for about six weeks, and there are many long scratches on it. This has never happened to my screen protectors before.

Love this product! My 17 month old used my phone as a tool to help her up the stairs, screen down, and there were cracks all over the screen. Luckily this product was the only thing that was really cracked. Immediately ordered another one!

I would agree that installation was somewhat confusing. The final step is to remove a guide sticker. But I don't know what that means. A video would have been very beneficial, but I couldn't find one. I also wasn't able to remove all the bubbles. As for how long it lasts, I just put it on so I'm unsure.

My Walli case and screen protector came in a reasonable shopping time. It was packaged well and arrived safely with no damage. The case was exactly what I ordered and wanted. I love the color, feel, look and extra features such as the loop for fingers and a pocket for money or a card. It was easy to assemble and Walli included cleaning supplies for the screen. Overall, I would give Walli 2 thumbs up!

Followed instructions, cleaned screen appropriately.. tempered glass went on fairly well but I have this annoying bubble bottom left hand corner that I can NOT get out. I tried so many times to redo the screen so that I got the air bubble out. Even thought the case was hitting it. Goes on great without the case and as soon as case goes on the left hand bubble comes back… only complaint I guess. Kinda bummed. I paid $16.99 for it and it bubbles…

Unfortunately, I had to throw away this cover. I put it on and it had some bubbles, so I took it off and tried it again. I had a hard time getting it on there without any issues and it ended up getting "dirty" on the sticky side through my attempts. I finally gave up and chunked it. I'm sure it is a good product if applied correctly the first time.

Had to take screen protector off. I put on correctly but once I put on the case all bubbles came on screen and I couldn’t use any features on phone. I took case off and fixed protector once again smooth and put on case again and same thing happens. Not sure if maybe screen protector is wrong size ( I ordered correct size) but I cannot use. It was a waste of 20.00. Very disappointed in this. I would like a refund since I have to go to Apple Store and buy another protector

Didn’t fit with the walli case I bought. Bubbles up on the sides when I use my phone buttons which isn’t acceptable considering the price for 1 protector.

I love the price point of this screen protector, but it does not go on well. I had to many air bubbles even following directions exactly. The air bubbles won’t come out so I will be stuck with them until I decide to replace the screen protector. I had hoped for a little bit of a thicker glass.
Walli gets 5 stars for great customer service though! I was sent the wrong case and they promptly shipped a replacement! I’m excited to try the case.

Not a fan of this screen protector. The case presses against it making it come up off the phone constantly, and anytime I use the volume button it comes up on the sides. I put it on correctly but am constantly pushing it back down because it doesn’t stay stuck onto the screen very well.
