Walli Warranty Policy:

At Walli, we are committed to giving you a quality product and providing the best customer service we can! We are proud to offer 100% satisfaction with a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee, as well as an extended 60-Day warranty.

What if I received a defective item?

We are so sorry to hear your product didn't arrive to you in good condition! We do our best to provide a quality product, but sometimes things slip through the cracks.

If you received a defective item, please contact support@wallicases.com or text 208-875-5208 with the following information: 

  1. Name
  2. Order number
  3. Written description of defect
  4. Photo verification of defect

We will be in contact with you shortly to get a replacement sent out to you ASAP! Please do not initiate a return for the defective item.

How does Walli's 14-Day Money Back Guarantee work?

If you have are not satisfied with your Walli product, you can ship it back to us within 14 days for a no-questions-asked refund! We are proud to offer this 100% satisfaction guarantee to our customers.

Our warranty does not cover discontinued cases marked as final sale: Blue Skies, Blue Suit, Creamsicle, Grape Punch, Grey Slate, Live Like Ryan, Neutral Strip (Black Case), Pink Peony (Black Case), Prove Them Wrong, Rosy Petals (Black Case), Samsung Black on Black, Springtime Blossoms (Black Case), Summer Stripes and Sunset.

Please initiate the return HERE and select "14 Day Money-Back Guarantee" as the reason for return.

PLEASE READ: The product must be postmarked within 14 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund. Walli Cases is not liable for refunding or shipping product back to customers for items postmarked past 14 days of order date. In the case of lost returns, Walli will ask the customer to provide a valid tracking number for proof of the return. Walli cases is not liable for lost items. Items marked as final sale do not qualify for the Money Back Guarantee.

The cost of the case, including taxes, will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Original shipping fees and Postpo shipping guarantee purchases are non-refundable.

How do I claim a replacement within the 60-Day extended warranty?

We have worked hard to provide you with a quality product! If for some reason your Walli product is not holding up as expected, you can receive a one-time replacement of the same design and model within 60 days of your purchase date for manufacturer defects. To claim a replacement product, please email us at returns@wallicases.com with the following information, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you!

  4. Photo verification of defect

 Limitations of Walli Cases Warranty:

  1. No refund can be claimed after the 14-Day 100% guarantee warranty.
  2. Cases marked as a final sale are not eligible for the warranty, including Blue Skies, Blue Suit, Creamsicle, Grape Punch, Grey Slate, Live Like Ryan, Neutral Strip (Black Case), Pink Peony (Black Case), Prove Them Wrong, Rosy Petals (Black Case), Samsung Black on Black, Springtime Blossoms (Black Case), Summer Stripes and Sunset.
  3. Any damages caused by accident or modifications to Walli products are not covered by our warranty. This includes wear on the product from drops, dirt, stains, discoloration, etc.
  4. No devices other than Walli branded products are covered by our warranty.
  5. No replacements or refunds are applied to lost or stolen items.
  6. The warranty does not cover international shipping fees for a replacement case. Our customer service team will send an invoice for the cost of international shipping. Once paid, the one-time replacement case will be shipped.
