Meet Jeannette, an incredible mother and grandmother who has been silently and courageously battling Breast Cancer for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, she has recently learned the cancer has begun to spread throughout her body and is now considered Stage 4 and life-threatening.
Very few people are even aware of what Jeannette has dealt with over the past few years, because you will NEVER hear her complain. When her husband of 35 years was in a serious accident rendering him unable to work, she became the sole provider in the home. Unfortunately, she will have to walk away from her 13-year career in order to prioritize her health. She is also the primary caretaker for her highly special needs Down Syndrome son who needs round-the-clock help. Jeannette is most deserving of all the love and support during this very difficult time. She is always the first to selflessly give to those around her in any capacity. It is time for her to finally put herself first so that she can fight and heal, and to continue being the best mom and Yia Yia there is!
