When Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee is purchased, Postpo helps streamline your Post-purchase experience by assisting you in the following: (1) Tracking your package. (2) Protecting you from any damages that may have occurred during shipping. (3) Guaranteeing restitution on packages that are lost in transit. (4) Protecting you from possible theft.
How does Postpo Protection work?
If you have any questions regarding your order tracking, or believe your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Order Number
- Question about your package or reason you're reaching out
In the event of your package being lost stolen or damaged, PostPo may require additional information to determine the status of your claim. In the event that may think your package is stolen, please note they may require a police report to support the validity of your claim.
Please note: One of our representatives will respond to you within 1-2 business days and assist you in resolving your conflict.
All claims must be filed within 15-30 days after your initial order (the “Replacement Period”) in order to qualify for Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee. You will not be eligible for Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee for any claims made outside of the Replacement Period.
In the event you receive your original package after filing a successful claim for Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee, please contact us at email@example.com and they will provide a return shipping label to return the additional item, free of charge to you. We appreciate your honesty and assistance with these returns!
Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee is offered in select countries only. For international claims, please allow 60-80 days for claim processing time. This time is due to possible delays from the shipping carrier shipping to certain destinations in the world.
You agree when Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee is purchased, that any claims brought by you related to the use of Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee will be settled via binding arbitration, not via court.
Postpo, LLC (“Postpo”) agrees that it will either (a) replace any package (“Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee”) without charge when claim is deemed 'Approved', or (b) refund the cost of the product(s) you have purchased excluding the cost of "Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee". (in Postpo’s sole discretion), if Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee was purchased and your shipment is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping and you have reported such loss during the Replacement Period, subject to the exclusions set forth herein. The foregoing is referred to herein as the “Limited Warranty.”

THE LIMITED WARRANTY, AS SET FORTH HEREIN, IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY POSTPO IN CONNECTION WITH POSTPO'S EXTENDED SHIPPING GUARANTEE. POSTPO CANNOT AND DOES NOT MAKE ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO POSTPO'S EXTENDED SHIPPING GUARANTEE, AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, POSTPO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. POSTPO’S SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE REPLACEMENT OF POSTPO'S EXTENDED SHIPPING GUARANTEE, OR AT THE OPTION OF POSTPO, RETURN OF A POSTPO GUARANTEED DELIVERY PACKAGE AND A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
Limitation of Liability. No claim by you of any kind, including claims for indemnification, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the Postpo's Extended Shipping Guarantee in respect to which damages are claimed. IN NO EVENT SHALL POSTPO BE LIABLE TO BUYER/OWNER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, STATUTORY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF REVENUES, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGE TO GOOD WILL OR REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR SUCH DAMAGES COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEN, IN CONNECTION WITH, ARISING OUT OF, OR AS A RESULT OF, THE SALE, DELIVERY, SERVICING, USE OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE ORDERED OR POSTPO'S EXTENDED SHIPPING GUARANTEE, OR FOR ANY LIABILITY YOU MAY HAVE TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITH RESPECT THERETO.
