Hi friends! We are so excited for this opportunity from Walli to design a phone case in honor of our daughter, Claire, who passed away in March 2023 while recovering from open-heart surgery. We want to pay forward the support we received during Claire's short life.
Caring for a medically fragile child can be overwhelming, especially when compounded by the financial burden of prolonged hospital care. Nearly 1 in 100 babies are born with CHD, and there is no cure. Claire the Heart Warrior provides support in the form of medical expenses, funeral costs, travel needs, care packages, and more. Since its inception in 2023, the foundation has raised over $250,000 and has assisted families both locally and within the global Heterotaxy Community. With your support, we aim to create a community where every heart warrior and their loved ones can find strength in their journey. No family fights alone!
