Walli Gives Back Foundation
When Walli Cases was created, owners Nick and Jenna Emery were recently married and both emerging from what they would describe as the darkest times of their lives. They are both passionate about reaching out to others in need because of the huge outpouring of love and support they received during their trials. Nick had gone through a divorce, and Jenna became a widow with an 8-month-old son. More recently, Jenna lost her mother to cancer, and then her big brother. When they created Walli Cases, Nick and Jenna wanted to help others feel the same hope and encouragement through trials, and the Walli Gives Back program was created. Each month, Walli chooses multiple families and organizations to support. To date, Walli Gives Back has gifted over $1.3 million. This quote by Natalie Norton sums up why they are both devoted to “giving back” to others in their time of need: “There is always a light. Find it. Follow it. And then turn around and shine it as brightly as you can or those still feeling their way through the darkness.”

Fleur is based in Auckland, New Zealand, and is a seasoned textile, wallpaper and surface pattern designer. Meet Fleur Crawford, the creative force behind the beautiful Painted Daisy design.
Fleur Crawford is the creative force driving Hufton Studio, based in Auckland, New Zealand, and is a seasoned textile, wallpaper and surface pattern designer.
Her artistic journey began with a major in printmaking during her Fine Arts Degree. Embarking on her career in Childrenswear design, Fleur seamlessly transitioned into the realm of textile design. Today, she skilfully combines these passions, focusing on textiles, apparel, home décor, bedding, wallpaper, and accessories.
Drawing inspiration from the beauty of her surroundings, Fleur turns everyday moments into captivating designs. Her creations bring a touch of whimsy, characterized by an organic, hand-drawn finish that lends a unique charm to her pattern work.
A recent highlight in her diverse portfolio is the ‘Painted Daisy’ design, which bloomed from her dedicated 100 days of painting with gouache in her sketchbook. This design caught the eye of Walli Cases, who admired the piece for its elegance and expressive detail. Excited by their interest, Fleur got to work on digitizing the design, enhancing its hues and contours for digital application. Now, the ‘Painted Daisy’ graces Walli Cases' range of phone cases, bringing Fleur’s signature blend of charm and artistry to the palm of your hand.
