Walli Return Policy:

We are sorry the product you ordered from Walli isn't working out for you! To help keep our inventory accurate, we do not offer exchanges. To exchange a purchase, please return the product for a refund and place a new order with the correct product. Our team will work to get the new case shipped out to you ASAP! 

 Walli Return Guidelines:

  • Walli products must be postmarked for return within 30 days of order date. 
  • Walli products must be in new, unused condition in its original Walli packaging to be eligible for refund.
  • The following designs are marked as FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for return: Blue Skies, Blue Suit, Creamsicle, Grape Punch, Grey Slate, Live Like Ryan, Neutral Strip (Black Case), Pink Peony (Black Case), Prove Them Wrong, Rosy Petals (Black Case), Samsung Black on Black, Springtime Blossoms (Black Case), Summer Stripes and Sunset. If returned, customers have the option to pay shipping to have the case returned.
  • Walli Cases is not liable for refunding product or shipping it back to the customer if it is not postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, if the product is not in new and unused condition including original packaging, or if it is a final sale item.
  • Once received, our team will initiate the return within 7 business days. The cost of the product, including taxes, will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is processed and can take up to 3 business days to clear your bank.
  • In the case of lost returns, Walli will ask the customer to provide a valid tracking number for proof of the return. Without a valid tracking number, Walli cases is not liable for lost items.

If you receive a product that you are unsatisfied with, you can ship it back to us within 14 days for a no-questions-asked refund! Our warranty does not cover discontinued cases marked as final sale: Blue Skies, Blue Suit, Creamsicle, Grape Punch, Grey Slate, Live Like Ryan, Neutral Strip (Black Case), Pink Peony (Black Case), Prove Them Wrong, Rosy Petals (Black Case), Samsung Black on Black, Springtime Blossoms (Black Case), Summer Stripes and Sunset.

Please provide the following information inside the package when returning your product—

  1. Name
  2. Order number
  3. The words “WARRANTY RETURN”

PLEASE READ: The product must be postmarked within 14 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund. Walli Cases is not liable for refunding or shipping product back to customers for items postmarked past 14 days of order date. How do I claim a replacement within the 60-Day extended warranty?

We have worked hard to provide you with a quality product! If for some reason your Walli product is not holding up as expected, you can receive a one-time replacement of the same design and model within 60 days of your purchase date for manufacture defects. To claim a replacement product, please email us at returns@wallicases.com with the following information, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you!

  1. Name
  2. Order number
  3. Written description of defect
  4. Photo verification of defect

 Limitations of Walli Cases Warranty:

  1. No refund can be claimed after the 14-Day 100% guarantee warranty.
  2. Cases marked as a final sale are not eligible for the warranty, including Blue Skies, Blue Suit, Creamsicle, Grape Punch, Grey Slate, Live Like Ryan, Neutral Strip (Black Case), Pink Peony (Black Case), Prove Them Wrong, Rosy Petals (Black Case), Samsung Black on Black, Springtime Blossoms (Black Case), Summer Stripes and Sunset.
  3. Any damages caused by accident or modifications to Walli products are not covered by our warranty. This includes wear on the product from drops, dirt, stains, discoloration, etc.
  4. No devices other than Walli branded products are covered by our warranty.
  5. No replacements or refunds are applied to lost or stolen items.
  6. The warranty does not cover international shipping fees for a replacement case. Our customer service team will send an invoice for the cost of international shipping. Once paid, the one-time replacement case will be shipped. 

As a young company, we are continually working to make our cases better! From the first round of production, we have made many improvements. We have upgraded the case material to a vegan leather. We have also increased the bumper height. Most recently, we improved the quality of the finger loop/kickstand strap.  How does Postpo Protection work? If you have Postpo Guaranteed Delivery and your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping, simply contact claims@postpo.io with your order number, let us know about the circumstances related to the loss or damage, and request a replacement at no cost to you.  

 Eligible Claims. All claims must be filed between 15 and 60 days after your initial order (the “Replacement Period”) in order to qualify for Postpo Guaranteed Delivery. You will not be eligible for Postpo Guaranteed Delivery for any claims made outside of the Replacement Period. 

Return Courtesy. In the event you receive your original package after filing a claim for Postpo Guaranteed Delivery, please contact us at claims@postpo.io and we will provide a return shipping label to return the additional item, free of charge to you. We appreciate your assistance with these returns!

International Orders. Postpo Guaranteed Delivery is offered to residents of the United States only.  

 Arbitration. You agree that any claims brought by you related to the use of Postpo Guaranteed Delivery will be settled via binding arbitration, not via court.

Legal Terms.

Postpo, LLC (“Postpo”) agrees that it will replace any package with (a “Guaranteed Package Delivery”) without charge, or refund the cost of the product(s) you have purchased (in Postpo’s sole discretion), if Postpo Guaranteed Delivery was purchased and your shipment is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping and you have reported such loss during the Replacement Period, subject to the exclusions set forth herein. The foregoing is referred to herein as the “Limited Warranty.”

Disclaimer of Warranties. 

 This Limited Warranty does not cover damages caused by your willful misconduct or negligence. 

 THE LIMITED WARRANTY, AS SET FORTH HEREIN, IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY POSTPO IN CONNECTION WITH POSTPO GUARANTEED PACKAGES. POSTPO CANNOT AND DOES NOT MAKE ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO POSTPO GUARANTEED DELIVERY PACKAGES, AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, POSTPO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. POSTPO’S SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE REPLACEMENT OF POSTPO GUARANTEED PACKAGES, OR AT THE OPTION OF POSTPO, RETURN OF A POSTPO GUARANTEED DELIVERY PACKAGE AND A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. 

Limitation of Liability. No claim by you of any kind, including claims for indemnification, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the Postpo Guaranteed Delivery in respect to which damages are claimed. IN NO EVENT SHALL POSTPO BE LIABLE TO BUYER/OWNER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, STATUTORY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF REVENUES, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGE TO GOOD WILL OR REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR SUCH DAMAGES COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEN, IN CONNECTION WITH, ARISING OUT OF, OR AS A RESULT OF, THE SALE, DELIVERY, SERVICING, USE OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE ORDERED OR POSTPO PROTECTION, OR FOR ANY LIABILITY YOU MAY HAVE TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITH RESPECT THERETO.
