On Halloween, at just 32 years old, Alli received the devastating diagnosis of an aggressive form of breast cancer—triple-negative breast cancer—while raising four young children under the age of six. Following the guidance of the talented doctors at Huntsman Cancer Center in Salt Lake City, her treatment journey is beginning immediately with an intensive plan of care.Instead of immediate surgery, Alli is starting an aggressive course of chemotherapy right away. This intensive treatment is essential but will be incredibly taxing on her body and spirit over the coming months. After completing her initial round of chemotherapy, Alli plans to undergo a double mastectomy in the spring of next year. The road ahead will be a long and grueling process of treatment and recovery. This wonderful family could use all the love and support possible during this time.
